ImgBurn is a free, simple, and powerful burning application for Windows. It enables you to easily perform tasks as follows: write image files to disc, create an image file from disc, write files or folders to disc, create an image file from files and folders on your PC, and so on.

All the tasks mentioned above can be carried out easily and without needing advanced knowledge. However, for more experienced users, the program lets you change advanced settings with ease.

Moreover, the program also lets you burn audio discs from the music files on your PC. The program supports many popular audio formats including: ACC, APE, BIN, M4A, MP3, MP4, MPC, OGG, WMA, WAV, etc.

Also, by using this program you will be able to create DVD files and MDS files.

Another interesting feature is that the program has a "drop zone" in which you can drag and drop your files to be burned onto CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, or HD DVDs.

Finally, this new software version (2.5), implements more than 42 new additions for a better performance. Besides, more than 26 changes have been made to obtain a better stability of the program. And finally, more than 24 small bugs have been fixed, thus allowing even greater compatibility with Windows 7.
