The latest version is bundled with the OpenCandy adware that you can't opt out when installing.

This version is safe SetupImgBurn_2.5.5.0.exe.

The content and applications are easy to use but the rulers are in centimeters and the page size is A4 and there is no way that I can find to change to inches and 8 1/2" x 11" paper size.
